What becomes possible when men are welcomed into the full depth of their humanity

For too long, the inner work of healing and peace has moved forward without fully including men.

Not because men don't care. But because we have rarely created spaces where emotional honesty, vulnerability, and tenderness are genuinely welcomed alongside strength.

This is not a conversation about what men have done wrong. It is an invitation into something different. Into emotional awareness. Into embodiment. Into showing up not as a role, but as a full human being.

Peace cannot be built while any part of humanity remains disconnected from the work of inner transformation. This gathering is the beginning of a different conversation.

We believe peace is a capacity. This gathering offers powerful tools and practices from remarkable leaders to help men expand that capacity, within themselves, their relationships, and the world.

A note from Eva Dalak, Founder, Peace Activation

In twenty-five years in conflict zones, I have watched men carry impossible weight alone. The weight of being the one who must not break.

What I have also witnessed, quietly, consistently, is that when a man is given real permission to be human, something shifts in the entire room. In the community. Sometimes in the conflict itself.

This gathering is that invitation. Not to become something new. But to come home.
