Projects
Activate Peace
“Activate Peace” is a new project working to capture and validate diverse personal narratives in conflict-affected communities in Palestine and Israel. We seek to analyze these narratives and identify common themes that can inform initiatives for healing and reconciliation.
Engaging local youth as liasions, we gather stories from various generations to understand shared human experiences, strengthen community bonds, and develop transformative Peace Activation workshops. The Peace Activation project evaluates and adapts its approaches in real-time, incorporating feedback and leveraging innovative methods like AI tools alongside traditional analysis. This flexibility ensures that our work remains relevant and impactful, guiding future peacebuilding efforts and enhancing community resilience.

Standing with Ahmed’s Family in Gaza
Note: As it is not possible to open a GoFundMe account in all countries, I, Isabelle, have opened this campaign with my German account for Ahmed’s family on behalf of Bisan, my good friend from Gaza who now lives in Qatar where I met her four years ago at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies during my exchange semester. She wants to use the campaign to help her friends who are going through a difficult time. All the money (after deducting the GoFundMe fees of approx. 2000 Euro for 40000 Euro) will go to the family after the end of the war to rebuild their apartment and Ahmed’s office.
Help Me Rebuild My Life
I’m raising funds to rebuild my life. I had a dream to start my own cosmetics store after working hard for almost 8 years. Just as I started making profits, the war hit, and I lost everything – my dream and my business.
Now, I work as a volunteer as an ambulance driver, seeing death every day. Your support can help me get back on my feet and reach safety.
From Horror in Gaza to Peril in Egypt
Support Mai’s Family
We are very honored to invite you to accompany our beloved friend, Mai, and her sisters and mother who are living in extreme precariousness in Egypt, after having escaped with only their lives from the horror in Gaza.
Mai is a 22-year-old painter and artist who had received awards for her work in Gaza. She was in her final year of university, studying business, and was looking at a promising business and artistic career ahead of her when the war on Gaza stole her last year of university and destroyed all of her art.

Plant & Soil
Due to social, economic, and security developments, the Bedouin tribe of Al-Rashaida in the Judean Desert has become entirely dependent on external food sources to feed their families and livestock. Their community in the desert, relatively isolated from large communities and with extreme living and climate conditions, makes it difficult for them to maintain their unique way of life, sustain their livelihoods, and strive for sustainable independence in terms of food and water sources.
